Trama
The O. C. e' una serie televisiva statunitense andata in onda per la prima volta sul network FOX dal 2003 al 2007. La serie racconta di un gruppo di amici e delle loro famiglie residenti a Orange County, in California. Quando Ryan Atwood finisce in galera per aver aiutato il fratello a rubare una macchina, l'avvocato Sandy Cohen lo fa scagionare e lo ospita nella sua sfarzosa villa nella contea di Orange, dove vive con la moglie Kirsten e il solitario figlio Seth. Ryan, ragazzo di periferia, si scontra quindi con la ricca e viziata citta' di Newport Beach e, facendo amicizia con Seth, lo aiutera' ad integrarsi con i suoi coetanei: Marissa Cooper, la bella e tormentata ragazza vicina di casa dei Cohen, e Summer Roberts, di cui Seth e' innamorato ma a cui non ha mai avuto il coraggio di rivolgere la parola.
