C., nel periodo in cui Tito era l'imperatore di Roma narra le vicende di quattro amici Flavia Gemina (Francesca Isherwood), Jonathan ben Mordecai (Eli Machover), Lupus (Harry Stott) e Flavia Nubia (Rebekah Brookes-Murrell).
